In this role you must ensure that all aspects of a concept are successfully delivered to the client, as both as be responsible for communicating effectively with the team and the client.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with the design department to create original graphic content for the projects
  • Communicate with senior management to develop an aesthetic that reflects the company’s artistic values and ideals
  • Develop projects with our in-house team of designers
  • Review graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness for our brand
  • Maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables
  • Develop artistic concepts with art team

Client Management

  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way
  • Ensure clear communication to the client

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • 8+ years as a professional graphic designer
  • College degree highly preferred /Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art would be a plus
  • Multimedia Industry experience - a plus
  • Dedication to graphic consistency and quality across all channels
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary to complete time-sensitive projects
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence

Main Responsibilities

Manage Technical Team

Main Requirements

  • Reporting to the COO (Chief Operating Officer), the Technical Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in:

  • Production Teams Management

  • Production of large scale Events

  • Handling AV Projects/Multimedia/Videomapping/Sound/Audio and illumination (components);

  • Handling Projectors and Lenses (connection and fine tuning), Video Servers and Multimedia;

  • Experience in Audiovisual Equipment Management and Maintenance

  • Good IT knowledge, configuring computers and networks for AV projects

  • Strong Aesthetic Sense and Visual Culture.

Skills Required

  • Strong Management and Leadership Skills

  • Experience to execute projects of all sizes, and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.

  • Ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines

The Executive Producer is responsible for executing a wide range of complex, multi-faceted Projects

In this role you must ensure that all aspects of a program are successfully delivered to the client, as both as be responsible for communicating effectively with the team and the client.

Key Accountabilities:

Client Management

  • Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage activity offerings that are mutually beneficial for the client and the company

  • Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans as they relate to solutions. Ensures project change notices are clearly communicated to client and approved

  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way

  • Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and program status/ action items

Team Management

  • Working with the COO, manage the program process from creative through execution using processes and tools existent or help to create new ones

  • Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met

  • Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all individual job details

  • Develop talent of junior team by providing challenging assignments and ongoing constructive feedback

  • Manage resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed, according to company policies

Budget Management

  • Create program budgets and manage the revenue throughout client projects

  • Translate costs to a sell price with appropriate detail to be communicated to the client

  • Manage/mitigate third party costs

  • Develop and actively manage vendor/ freelance talent relationships to ensure best available talent and pricing

  • Reconcile program costs against budget for your assigned project and work with finance to recognize revenue

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Fluent French (would be a plus)

  • 8-10 plus years of event marketing experience with at least 5 years producing live events

  • Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence.

  • Extensive experience managing teams of producers, production coordinators, creatives, strategists and technical directors

  • Extensive experience overseeing multiple works-streams, and senior-level client partners·Experience managing multi-million production budgets

  • College degree highly preferred
